Michelle Vice, RN
Michelle was the epitome of a professional, dedicated nurse. When I arrived at CHI, I was nervous about what was happening, but she immediately assured me that I was in the best place for me. She explained all the information I needed to know and then even more that I didn’t know I needed. She had other patients to care for, most worse off than me, but she never hesitated to stop and reassure and answer my questions. Her professionalism as she handled her duties was impeccable and I felt safe with her caring for me. Often she would tell me that she was watching my heart rate on the monitor. I felt safe that I was cared for by a compassionate, caring person. It is with great respect that I nominate Michelle as an Extraordinary Nurse and it is with great pleasure that I can reward her with this deserving story.
