How does Michelle make a difference? Everyday she gives above and beyond. She is a fierce patient advocate, amazing with family/social situations and gives 110% to her patients everyday as well as to her co-workers. She will volunteer to care for a patient that others struggle with and she does it with a cheerful attitude.

As an example, she recently had a patient that just needed some TLC. Michelle went and bought hair care items after her shift and the next day brought them to work so she could wash her patients hair, detangle it and braid it. She didn't have to do this; she had a very busy assignmen- but she went out of her way to bring a small extra bit of joy and care to this patient. And these are things she does on a daily basis that largely go unnoticed, but are so impactful. She gives "DAISY Care" everyday.
