Michelle Ward has comforted me in a genuine, caring manner while I've cried over my newborn's condition while in the NICU. She's so positive when explaining to me his situation. Yet being upfront and honest, but doing so in an uplifting manner. She has helped me in more than one way. She tells me it's going to be okay, not to worry, my son is in good hands. She was caring and helpful, offering her help while I took a much needed break. She listened to me cry and worry and responded with genuine care and positivity!
