During the scariest time in our lives, Michelle was the one person who made us feel better. She did not only do what was necessary for our daughter but went above and beyond doing extra things to make my daughter as comfortable as she could be. She also did an amazing job including my husband and I in E's care and took the time to walk us through each step of her care, so we fully understood. We knew our daughter was in great hands with Michelle and did not worry a bit and could actually get a good night sleep when she was E's nurse. She is truly passionate about her job and it shows through in her exceptional care for her patients.
