Michelle was recognized for her dedication, patience, and persistence to help an oncology patient returning from Florida to find a facility that could administer a newer medication that was not on our hospital formulary. There isn't a day that Michelle doesn't put her patient's above everything else. She is a great resource for our department and our hospital. She truly shows a love for nursing and a love for her patients in everything she does.
