As a first-time mom at my scheduled induction, I was terrified, but Michelle was a calm and steady presence. Michelle was my advocate, cheerleader, and caregiver. Michelle made sure to be present in the room, always educating me on the next steps while ensuring my needs and preferences were met.
Michelle went above and beyond after my epidural - turning me every 15 minutes and making sure my pain was under control. She made me feel seen and cared for as a patient, and my baby and I always felt like her top priority.
I have never felt so cared for and seen as a patient before. Michelle is a top-notch nurse in her knowledge, empathy, and bedside manner.
