My fiancé was having an ACL repair here at Virtua Mount Holly. Michelle was the nurse assisting the anesthesiologist with administering his nerve block before his surgery. Not only was she so sweet, but she explained every single step of what was going to happen in such detail. Though my fiancé does not have a medical background, he was able to completely grasp each step of his treatment in depth as Michelle took the extra few minutes to truly educate him and ensure he was comfortable. He felt relaxed and calm having Michelle as his nurse. When Michelle discovered I too work in healthcare, she was so accommodating and made sure I was relaxed and calm as well. Michelle is the epitome of an empathetic nurse.
