Mickenzie has been so amazing she always has a smile on her face. We had been through so much this visit and Mickenzie has been a shining light. When she wasn't working we missed her. Mickenzie knows what she is doing, she took the time to explain things and inform us of updates on her care which made us feel informed and reassured. She took such good care of my sister. She is one of the most compassionate people in the hospital. St. Vincent's is lucky to have employed her. Mickenzie is a true DAISY Nurse and on top of that my sister has an Autoimmune Disease so, this is very appropriate!
