Mickey listened to our fears and tried to ease our anxieties. She shared some of her own personal stories that made me feel more at ease. She took her time making sure I felt comfortable with everything being done for my son. I can see her commitment to excellence in the way she hears me when I question one of my son's meds, and she holds it until I can talk to the doctor. I feel like our family received exemplary service from Mickey. Our stay was short but Mickey made a lasting caring impression!
