Mickey demonstrated a high degree of professionalism paired with extraordinary personal care and attention while working with our disabled brother. She stayed beyond her shift hours; she purchased specific magazines she knew were of his interest; wrote a 2 page narrative to the Aurora St. Luke's receiving nursing staff describing his personality, likes/dislikes and individual needs. Mickey exemplifies what a significant level of personal interest, care, concern can have on a patient and their family. She stands apart from others and deserves recognition.
