Dr. Micko Singh-Anderson is the person who is behind the scenes making sure that systems and processes are working efficiently in the Nursing Services Service Line for the organization. Dr. Singh-Anderson cultivates a true spirit of teamwork among her staff. The Nursing Operations Service Line consists of many behind- the scenes staff. Many positions are unique in that there may be only a few others who are knowledgeable enough to do the job. During times when staffing in Nursing Operations was anticipated to be low in one area, Dr. Singh-Anderson had a way of rallying up the Team to provide coverage. Although Dr. Singh-Anderson is a leader with many hats, she manages to keep things moving in Nursing Operations. She constructed the teams to function as “one body with many members.”
