Not ever experiencing a hospital on my own was something I gave deep thought to on this occasion. I was in excruciating pain and I couldn't stop thinking how much worse it could be without some honest compassion with no hesitation. A "natural" meant for this undertaking. Miguel exemplified these qualities easily. My girlfriend felt the same way listening to him, while she wasn't the one being treated. While under his care he explained what it was that drove him to do what he did and that's all you could ask for. "Care in a one-on-one level". Doing it consistently the best that you can. It's all I can expect or appreciate, and Miguel has begun a solid path for himself and we're all going to be that luckier for it.
