I wish I could tell you about just one situation, but due to how awesome Miguel has been I have multiple! So, I came up from the ER with no warning, no explanation, whatsoever, I was terrified, I thought that my condition had gotten worse and that's why I was being moved. He completely calmed me down, he was so kind and understanding also talking to my best friend on the phone with me, including him. He went as far as to have someone come in and move my IV because I was uncomfortable. After moving the IV, and finishing my intake, he went and got me fresh water, fresh clothes, snacks, masks, and anything he thought would help!
