Mikaela has been there to help me bring both of my babies into the world. One of these days was the best day of my life and the other was one of the worst days of my life, definitely the worst week of it. I had my son in 2023 after learning that his heart stopped beating far too soon. Mikaela took care of me during my labor and then came back to be with me during his birth as well.

I then had my daughter in 2024. To say that I was anxious was an understatement, but once again Mikaela was there for me and my husband and I both felt safe throughout the entire labor and delivery. She also helped to honor and remember my son during this time, which means more to my family than I can express.

I couldn’t imagine enduring these experiences without Mikaela’s support. I am beyond fortunate that she was there to help bring both of my babies into the world, to welcome my daughter and to honor my son. My family will forever cherish the impact that she had on both the worst days as well as the best day of our lives.
