Mike has been seen on numerous occasions helping patients find the department they need. He personally takes them to the places they need to go. He sent a patient to the lab and when he didn't see her come back in a timely manner he went and found her, found a lab tech to help her and sat with her until she was taken care of. He has helped radiology with IV's for contrast studies when their nurse is unavailable. He is a role model for AIDET and is one of the main reasons our patient satisfaction scores are one of the highest in the system!
