Our Mother was transferred to Baptist Oxford. We were so fortunate Mike has been her nurse for 3 days. My mom arrived very sick. He has been so compassionate and kind to us all. We have had to make the decision to take my mom home with hospice which has been the hardest decision we ever had to make in our lives. He has checked on my mom so often and told us everything that he was doing. He also made sure we have been comfortable and always asked if we needed anything. He is our superhero. I thank God he was here and was assigned to my mom. We will never forget him and he really, really, helped make this as easy as could for us. I can not stress how excellent he has been through this difficult time. May God Bless him and watch over him. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You will be forever remembered for your compassion and kindness.

Mike went above and beyond his limits to help our uncle in critical need. He provided outstanding support to not only my uncle but also comforted our family in time of need. He was very helpful and kind.

Mike was very attentive to our feelings in my father's care. We had many worries about the procedures that my dad had to have and he explained and answered all of or questions. When I needed papers filled out from work, it was no trouble for him to help in any way he could. He made it happen. It is hard to find someone that cares about others like he does. Thank you.
