...Mike Fuller was the night shift nurse following my surgery. He patiently explained to me what was going on with my body, how it was going to react, and what I had to do to make the speediest recovery. Then he worked with me and instructed me on how to get in and out of bed, the best way to walk for recovery and explained the importance of activity and drinking enough water. He provided lots of encouragement and reinforcement. At no time did I ever get the feeling that he had better things to do. I felt like he was MY caregiver concerned with MY situation. I’m convinced that Mike’s help, encouragement and instructions were instrumental in my quick recovery progress.
