Mike is very considerate. My Grandmother was his patient, and she nor my Aunt spoke any English. Mike would take the time to answer all my questions when I called. He never seemed rushed or inconvenienced. If he did not have the answer, he would find it and get back with me. I felt so relieved that my Grandmother was under the care of such a great nurse, considering I could not be there myself.

Mike was the nurse caring for my family member in the IMCU. He was very detailed. He explained everything to us thoroughly and was very considerate of the fact we had a lot of questions. He checked on my mother very frequently and asked if we needed anything as well. Mike is a true DAISY Nurse!
