When my husband and I arrived in the ER, Mike was our nurse. He was efficient and kind with his care and responded well with the little emergency. When it was time for transfer to ICU, rather than give report to someone who would have to repeat the report, Mike stayed over to transfer my husband and give report to the next caregiver.
