On occasion, you cross paths with someone at a crucial time in your life, and through a brief encounter, your life changes in several ways. With so many unique qualities, Mike helped me, taught me, made sense to me, gave me hope and a shining positive outlook, all while making it look simple and that we were both responsible and working toward that goal. By the way, having a few laughs and some fun along the way. On occasion, you get lucky or make your own luck. Mike never let me question this; he made me feel that he needed to say good morning, check on me, update me, and himself, all while making me feel like I was the only patient here. In reality, he had an entire floor (Genius!!) I received with confidence. This team cared about me and my outcome, which came from Mike. I will never forget his, him, and my experience, which has forever changed my life. Thank you.
