Michael took care of me on the night of February 10/11. He was so amazing and took such good care of me and my family. It was a very stressful situation for me as I had just been diagnosed with blood clots in the lung and had gone thru the lytic procedure. He connected with me on a personal level to help reduce my stress. He explained everything to me and my family and kept them informed throughout the night. I feel he went above and beyond to help keep me comfortable at all times. He is truly an amazing nurse!
