Mikki Gilbert, RN
Mikki Gilbert came in all business. She was efficient, professional, and friendly. She kept me informed and helped to keep me patient when I was itching to go. Her friendliness and true heart will take her a long way!

I was put in the hospital for heart failure, and Mrs. Mikki was assigned to be my nurse on my third day here. She has made me so happy and filled my heart with joy. I didn't know I still had. She is very helpful, full of life, and treated me more than just a patient.
I have not been treated well by other nurses because of my past history of drug abuse, but she didn't judge me. She treated me like a person. Everyone has a past, but it doesn't determine your future, and she has shown me that. I am still human, and I greatly appreciate everything she has done for me.
She has gone above and beyond for me. She made sure I had everything I needed with a smile on her face. Thanks!

My mother was admitted due to complications from heart failure, and it was an incredibly stressful and emotional time. From the moment nurse Mikki began caring for her, we felt a sense of comfort and reassurance. The hospital stay was challenging, but Mikki's compassion, patience, and attentiveness made an overwhelming situation manageable.
Mikki consistently went above and beyond in her care. She took the time to explain everything clearly, never rushed questions or concerns, and she treated my mom with dignity and kindness at all times. Mikki's presence brought peace during a very uncertain time, and our family will never forget the difference she made. She truly embodies what a nurse is meant to be.

She is very helpful and she was great making sure that i was comfortable. She brings medication on time, making sure that I got everything that was needed. She has great bedside manners and is friendly to family.

My father has been struggling with symptoms of heart failure, specifically this year. Since September, we have been in the hospital four times and recently had the privilege of having Mikki as our nurse. Not only did she go above and beyond in the area of nursing services, but she truly made a difference in our lives.
As a therapist, I know the importance of showing and providing compassionate care to others; Mikki not only showed us compassion, but she embodied empathy and kindness. She took time to talk to us, answer any questions, and always shared her heart and smile. Over the week we have been here, she made us feel seen, heard, and cared for.
I truly can't say enough wonderful things and know that we were blessed because of her! During what has been a difficult time for our family, Mikki always showed up to encourage and gave me the strength to get through; I'm so very thankful. She made the difference.

During my 14 day stay on the Heart Failure floor, Nurse Mikki was such a blessing and joy! Here cheerfulness and positive attitude always brightened my day. She went over and above to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed.
Mikki always checked on me even when it wasn't time to dispense my meds. Her kindness to me and my wife will always be remembered. We appreciate her nursing expertise and wonderful bedside manner. She made a long, sometimes scary star more manageable.
We will always appreciate her nurture and caring compassion!
