Milena demonstrates care and compassion every shift she works. Recently she greatly assisted oncoming staff getting a patient transferred off the unit due to poor respiratory status. The patient requested Milena to continue to be his nurse on the new unit. His personal request shows what a special nurse Milena is, he felt safe and secure in her care. She is a spectacular nurse and great role model for our rehab team.
