Words cannot correctly express how wonderful Lucia is. I brought my mom to the hospital feeling afraid and uncomfortable with what needed to be done. Lucia has a way of comforting the patient that is amazing. She helped my mom get through everything with dignity and strength. Utilizing her Spanish, she explained everything that was going to be done and assured my mom that she would be okay. Lucia is a God Sent Angel who made a bad situation not unbearable, but pleasant. I cannot thank Lucia enough.
