My little girl is 6 months old, she has been stuck a ton of times. My baby was not the baby we recognized. She couldn't sleep because everyone was coming in to check on her constantly. Milly is the only person that ever did all the checks at once. She would wait until she knew what everyone needed and then came to take blood, instead of sticking her 15 times a day. And, my little girl loves her! Plus when Milly needs blood, my little one knows she has to stay still. Everyone else just held her down. Milly is by far the best nurse I know.
