Mimie is an excellent nurse when it comes to patient care. She is a very compassionate and patient nurse, not just with her patients but with her coworkers as well. She always has a smile on her face from the moment she walks into the unit. She is an excellent preceptor to new coming RNs. When I was a new nurse, I always felt comfortable on the unit when Mimie was around. She was welcoming and always ready to help if needed.
