I was a patient of Cooperman Barnabas roughly two weeks ago following a full abdominal hysterectomy. 

After a night of painful vomiting and abdominal muscle spasms, I came face to face with Mimoza with instructions on what was expected of me that day.  I have to say I was quite scared of whom my family and I quickly referred to as the “Drill Sargent.”  However, the care and compassion that came along with getting me up, walking, eating, and doing what was necessary to get released was beyond what any words can describe. 

I honestly didn’t think I was going to achieve half of what she expected, but I did it with Mimoza by my side.  She made me feel safe and taken care of right until the wheelchair ride to my departure. It was only a short two-day visit, but by the time I left, she felt like family.
