Nurse Ballard was always cheerful and brought a glow when she visited the room. She made sure that I was informed of the medications I was receiving and encouraged me to follow my post-op instructions. I am grateful for Nurse Ballard's care and the confidence she gave me in my recovery. I felt lucky to have had her as my nurse.
