Mindy, I can’t thank you enough for what you did for our family. I expressed to you how I wanted a vaginal delivery. When I was first admitted to the unit, I explained how I had a toddler at home that I needed to get back to. I wanted to avoid a C-section if possible. You were kind, knowledgeable, and experienced. Although my AFI was low and I having decels, I knew I was in good hands. 

I felt fearful and nervous, but your quick interventions made all the difference. You called the doctor about the amino infusion, and you made sure to move me from side to side until the baby was stable. You did not leave my side for 12 hours. The reassurance you gave me was everything. Being a labor nurse myself, I felt how dedicated you were to getting your patient delivered safely. 

My husband and I are forever grateful to you, and we want you to know that you made all the difference in our birth experience. You are a valuable and an experienced employee.
