Mindy Carano has changed the way bedside Nurses interact with management. She is a strong advocate forbedside Nurses and facilitates a lot of positive change by listening to what bedside Nursing issues are. Mindy frequently rounds in our nurseries to make personal connections by interacting with staff and listening to us voice our concerns. She is always assessing our unit and Nurses to see what our needs are and it does not go unnoticed.
