My son had to have emergency surgery and Mindy was the first nurse on the floor to greet him. She made him feel comfortable and was very compassionate and calming. She definitely put us at ease. She was extremely patient and communicated everything in a calm manner. This was his first experience in the hospital and if definitely was a positive one. Thank you, Mindy!
