Mindy literally saved my life. I started coughing and did a deep inhale, which caused me to inhale a piece of fruit that lodged in my airway. I called the station but couldn't talk. Three nurses ran in, my eyes bulging, NO AIR FLOW. I was snatched up by Mindy, who began the Heimlich maneuver on me, which dislodged the food. She was my Guardian Angel and Life Saver.

Mindy is a new nurse and was still just in her orientation at the time of this event.
