Nomination #1:
The day and age we live in has seen customer service completely decline. Very few places we are required to stay multiple days or visits can put a smile on your face. This high-stress situation that we had at Texas Children’s Hospital was turned around by the kindness and the above and beyond service that we received from Mindy. She made our experience not only bearable but enjoyable from the service and attention showed to us and our child. We thank you for this.
 
Nomination #2:
Mindy was so kind and patient and took the time to connect with me and talked with me to make me feel safe and secure. Mindy was so professional and explained everything to me. She was so uplifting and always in a great mood. She made me smile and laugh. She was my favorite nurse out of all of the nurses that took care of me.
 
Nomination #3:
My son was in the PICU for six days and in those six days, Mindy cared for my son for three days. She got him through some very stressful moments and encouraged him to keep pushing to get better. She explained everything and made sure I was okay as well. She comforted me when she could see that I was getting emotional and stressed. Mindy made a very stressful and lengthy hospital stay bearable. Please give Mindy my sincere thanks and gratitude for her amazing bedside manner and exceptional job performance.
