I came in for a procedure. I was unable to have my surgery due to my rare blood type. I was not a happy camper, needless to say, Mindy got to experience this with me and my hateful attitude for being told to reschedule. Although I apologized for my anger, she comforted me and reassured me it was fine and that she understood. One week later I return for the actual surgery and she has still been wonderful to me. My room was very hot and I told her how I needed a fan to sleep. She returned with a fan. The world needs more people like Mindy and it would be a much better place. She definitely knows how to make your bad day better.
