Mindy Roces, RN

Mindy is an extraordinary nurse, a wonderful person, and the epitome of a health care specialist. She cared for my wife during the most stressful week of my life. Whenever Mindy came into the room, my blood pressure would drop 20 points. She listens, she thinks, she acts, and she cares. I want to emphasize how she did all of these: she did not robotically quote protocols; she *really* listened; she talked *with* me; she posed helpful questions to me and the hospital staff; and she acted appropriately on my wife's behalf whenever problems arose or when I shared information, patient history, or concerns. Clearly, Mindy's experience, knowledge, compassion, and skills all come into play as she cares for the well-being of both patients and families. I have observed many hospital professionals while experiencing care for myself, my wife, and my parents. Mindy is the best RN I have ever seen.
