Mindy goes above and beyond in caring for our mother. Mom's condition requires weekly visits to the wound center, and she's gotten to know the care team fairly well. Early on, mom mentioned how personable and caring Mindy and others in the office are, and over the months, they've built a caregiver-patient relationship that mom appreciates. Mindy and Mom discuss family, cooking, and gardening in addition to care plans. Mom has shared baked goods with the office to show appreciation for the care and compassion she receives. Mindy has shared entrees with mom and the family. Who does this? A truly caring person, that's who. This is proof that Mindy serves with the greatest care and love. It's one thing for Mindy to share her nursing skills; it's another to put a personal touch on the relationship by cooking or baking for the patient.

What's more, Mindy has sent Mom home with some of her favorite plants and flowers. Mindy goes out of her way to keep us informed of Mom's progress, needs, and recommended routines after the visit. This gives us comfort and a sense that Mindy generally cares about our mother's well-being. After appointments on the ride home, Mom will share details of what's going on in Mindy's life - be it her need for prayers, vacations, or gardening tips. Mindy is a gem, folks.
