My fiance was admitted to ICU following major surgery. Minnie took care of him during the night shift. Minnie has this amazing way of making patients feel comfortable. My fiance had a very challenging day going through tests to remove the breathing tube and dealing with a lot of pain. Minnie’s calming voice and attention to detail made such a positive impact on both him and myself. Minnie explained every step prior to giving medication, suction, and turning and often gave the “why” behind everything. She not only checked on him the patient, but also me the family. I continue to be impressed with the compassion and patient-centered care delivered daily. Minnie- Thank you for your service.
