I have been coming to Cleveland Clinic for the last 15 years. We live out of state and it’s a long drive. Minerva has made each visit a memorable and pleasant one. Last time, I had open heart surgery for mitral valve repair. Minerva was not involved in my care, but brought a large basket full of fruit, crackers and water for return journey. It pleasantly surprised us and left us speechless. God bless her, and her loved ones. Minerva makes us feel that we have a friend at Cleveland Clinic.
