I had the great opportunity to have appointments with Ms. Arackal for my medical needs. I consider Ms. Arackal to be one of the best Nurse Practitioners. She is very professional, willing to listen, shows care and understanding, and is always willing to help. When I expressed my reluctance to take any medications, she consulted me for massage therapy, which I did not know that service was available to Veterans. She tailored the care to meet my needs and expectations as a Veteran. She is very pleasant to talk to and has had a warm welcome throughout our visits. She is the epitome of a Provider that I would love to see at the VA hospital for my healthcare needs. Having known her as a nurse in the ER and now my provider in Physical Medicine, I have noticed that with a smile and concern, she consistently displays the ICARE values and has a can-do attitude always. I do greatly appreciate her and the excellent care she provides to Veterans.
