She pays close attention to details. She inquired about my level of pain and was careful to strike a good balance between pain management and concern for the overuse of opioids. She demonstrated her dedication to the hospital's patient-first ethos when I asked for extra pillows and lozenges; realizing they had not yet been delivered, she made no excuses, which represented a strong personal commitment to excellence.
