Miracle is an exceptional nurse, truly one of a kind. I have never met a nurse like her.

During my iron infusion, she showed kindness, empathy, and care. She constantly checked on me, listened attentively, and made sure I felt comfortable and safe at all times. She took the time to explain everything clearly and patiently — before the infusion started, during it, and even after it was finished — which greatly calmed my worries.

What meant the most to me was how much she truly cared. Her warmth, reassurance, and professionalism transformed an anxious experience into a positive and comforting one. I will always remember the compassion she showed me.
