Miranda C Mickel, RN

Miranda was my son's nurse early on in the NICU and was very involved with us as parents. I would reach out every day and she provided updates that made us feel as if he was being well taken care of. When the day came to transfer my son to another area in the NICU, she went above and beyond to help reassure us that he was still in good hands and is still going to be taken care of. On days that she would work and not be assigned to my son, she would still go and check on him. This type of action to check on our son shows the love and dedication to go above and beyond for patients.
