The first nurse I encountered could not answer my questions about a new medication that I was given. I felt very uneasy about this and refused to take it. The next morning Miranda arrived. She answered all my questions and made sure I understood everything. She is an outstanding nurse in every way. She is pleasant and always has a smile. She is confident in what she is doing and that makes those who are sick trust her and Norton Audubon Hospital. Nursing is a hard job. Miranda knew how important it was to remain confident, pleasant and compassionate to reassure me that I was in good hands. She is a real Jewel!
