I broke my leg and ankle and was in a lot of pain. I had to stabilize it in a certain way. Miranda Mullins was so gentle and caring in helping me move around, get up, etc. On top of that, I'm newly post-partum and from out of town. We were staying at the French Lick villas on a steep/hilly incline. She helped arrange for my husband, baby, and me to stay overnight by arranging for a crib and an extra bed from her manager. This made it so much easier physically and mentally. To not have to deal with all of the stairs, hills, etc., with a broken leg and a new baby. She and the doctor helped me in a timely, caring, and competent manner, and we're very grateful.

Miranda Mullins was full of optimism, smiling, kind, and patient. She asked our 3-year-old how he takes medicine before administering it. She offered to swab her own nose first so he would get swabbed next to reduce his fear. We couldn't find him any bedtime chocolate milk, but she looked to see. She found stickers for a little man who was so sick. The holidays had them rather busy, but our nurse and doctor were wonderful. The registration person was kind, soft spoken, to the point/getting it done, all with smiles despite their busy load and it being the holidays. They showed professionalism, kindness, compassion, skill, and were committed to excellence. Good job, team. Thank you

Thank you, Miranda, for your exceptional compassion, advocacy, and dedication to your patients. You truly make a difference.
