Observing Miranda today, it has reminded me to never lose patience with my patients. Today she was assigned a one to one with severe dementia. Miranda has not only shown dignity and compassion to this patient, but also to the patient's wife. She has shown us through her touch and caring attitude how to love. Miranda is wonderful each day I work with her but today, I found a specific example to share. Always a pleasure to work with. Always a good attitude. Never too busy.
