Compliment received from the patient's step-daughter who stated that Miranda made such an impact on the day she was notified that (the patient) was actively dying. Step-daughter stated that she hugged her, and when she went down to the ground in despair, she picked her up, held her, and sat down with her. The step-daughter expressed her gratefulness and says that even in her sadness, she remembers how caring, thoughtful and kind she was. She expressed that she wanted Miranda to get special recognition.
