My wife was in the ICU for several days, where there were some challenges with staff coverage. She was moved to a bed in PACU where Miranda took care of her upon arrival. Miranda very politely explained the entire situation about how many nurses are allowed per patient and committed to making her happy. She even said she'd find an iPad for my wife to watch "Judge Judy!" Miranda stayed on top of everything, always checking about other beds and thorough in explaining my wife's needs. Miranda did find a room on the fourth floor, had it cleaned and transferred my wife to it. I was extremely impressed by how far she went out of her way to care for her patient. She is an asset to your hospital. She is what every nurse should strive to be like.
