My husband came into the hospital with an awful infection in his knee. After a knee clean-out surgery, he was still unwell. I truly believe it was because of Mishelle’s above and beyond care that they caught it from getting worse in time for a desirable outcome. Mishelle was an effective communicator. She was punctual. She was personable. She was diligent as well. She set goals and achieved them. She provided valuable information and warmed our hearts. She helped my husband find the words to empower himself to begin healing. She noticed every detail and was sensitive yet efficient when corresponding. She made my husband laugh and smile and even take a few bites of food! She worked tirelessly for my husband. Mishelle was the epitome of respect and one of the kindest humans on the planet. We have never received this high level of care from an RN. I wish she was a trainer for optimal patient care and the standard of care. She set the bar where I would have hoped exactly how I want my husband to be treated. She made the day bearable and helped speed his recovery. Her compassion and diligence will always be remembered. Her effect was life-changing, and I hope she is recognized for her effort level. I am eternally grateful for Mishelle.
