Mirhioll St. Amour, RN

Mirhioll really went out of her way to make me feel supported during my week-long stay. I watched her get disrespected in multiple ways that would have been overwhelming for me, and she managed to still keep the biggest smile on her face while respectfully helping the people disrespecting her. She helped me solve a personal issue that had been previously overlooked, she worked one-on-one with me and made me feel validated and well-taken care of. She always welcomes me and the other residents with such a positive attitude, and she genuinely made me feel safe during my stay. You can tell Mirhioll works hard, and you can tell she truly cares about each of us. Her dedication and resilience have been inspiring to me, as well as comforting. Thank you, Mirhioll!
