I got my blood work done on a Friday. The following Monday, Miriam called me to inform me about my test results. Since my PCP was on vacation, Miriam explained the results to me - especially, the microalbumin result. She was prepared to answer my questions and inform me that my diabetes is under control as my PCP instructed her to do. My interaction with Miriam was very pleasant and I was extremely satisfied with the answers and information she gave me. Miriam is really great.
